Need advice for javazon

rightnow im using

(PVM,softcore - pure light javazon)
head- shako
ammy- mara 25/30
armor- lionheart (have treachery switch for cow)
weapon- standard titan
glove - 2java 20ias + mods
ring - ravenfrost/manald heal
belt-Tgod
shield - SS/pdiamond (have lidless switch for cow)
boot - wartrav

problems - my Ias is way too low(20),no FHR and mana issue(my insight merc die so quick)

btw due to my low financial, i cant afford those expensive items like infinity, IAS/ed jewel or so
any alternative cheap/possible gear for balancing my javazon?

ps. wat is minimum Ias and Fhr should i aim for? 35ias maybe?

your items are okay.

I would use spirit instead of stormshield , 'peace' instead of lionheart, razortail instead of tgods. But that's just me.
Get a defiance merc, give him a nice armor like ebug stone, and he won't die so much.
And oh, get a better ring than manald.

but if i switch peace/spirit my resist will b too low i think, espacially while runin around with no 35Dr from SS i feel like i could die anywhere out there

any way i better try that out
im searching for razortail and SOj but still no luck
