Do followers self cast their abilities or is there away to manual cast them when desired?
Followers use their abilities autonomuosly.
WHENEVER THEY WANT!!!!![]()
I've always thought that this is a very strange saying :P. It's like we live in a world where when someone gives you cake, you can't eat it :P.
On-topic though: Yeah, followers do stuff autonomously. Blizzard's assured us that they're smarter than the mercs in D2, though. I'm hoping that the Enchantress, especially, picks good targets and doesn't troll me by accidentally knocking people away from me when I'm trying to melee them, or knocking people to me when I'm trying to keep my distance :P.
i agree, the cake statement is odd. of course i want to eat MY cake. why else would i have this cake if not to eat it?
I used to not get this expression either. Then one day, I was helping a friend set up for his wedding, and there was a beautiful cake. His fiancée kept going on and on about how she wanted to eat the cake, and finally someone said, "You can't have your cake and eat it too." It finally dawned on me what it meant.
I just looked at the history of the saying, and I guess 600 years ago the saying had the "have" and "eat" reversed: "You can't eat your cake and have it too." That makes it a little more clear.
It's just a bunch of people hung up about not having an infinite supply of cake, I guess.
see it figures. its all about a woman wanting cake when she should have been making a sammich
Schrödinger's cake.
