Playing three or four days in a row is the best way to fail horribly, since you'll lose all concentration in the end, when the game gets the most difficult.
Also, expect some retard like Athene or whatever WoW attention whore to pull all kind of lame techniques to get world first HC, like hiring an army of monkey to farm gold and gear for 24 hours so they can have their name on a ****ty video.
Why does everyone assume going 3-4 days in a row is going to kill you or cause bodily harm? Yea it's killed 0.00001% of people, people living in an internet cafe on instant noodles and energy drinks for weeks on end. I eat healthy, get regular excersize and have absolutely zero chance of being physically or mentally injured from this endevour.
In fact I've done it a couple of times already during D2 ladder resets, 3 days straight, 2 boxing HC characters (a mouse in each hand) with no hacks or cheats and came out #1 and #2 until bots overtook me. Zero problems, not even a hint of a problem (unless you consider getting a sound 12 hour nights sleep after going to bed).
As long as you're a relatively healthy individual doing a 3-4 day gaming marathon is NOT going cause a problem, nor will it make you so out of it at the end of your marathon that you become unable to see or play straight.
