I haven't tested this myself but it would be interesting to see if you could repeat the process in the same game without killing Jondar.

I just tested it. He seems to stop summoning at some point.
Seems he only can summon about 50.

It's easier just to farm manglemaw. It's basic actually! :P

10 Kill Manglemaw
20 Go down stairs
30 Get checkpoint
40 Leave game
50 Re-enter Game
60 Go Upstairs
70 Goto 10

This isn't designed for farming but rather a "pit stop" you can do each time during a run-through. Not a bad idea though!
