So, i didn't understand how can I unlock those unlockable things on the site...

I did what the site says (here's a quote):

"Like and share the content on this site, join the Mark of Valor contest, or submit your original interpretations of the Diablo universe in the Art contest to uncover the dark secrets locked away below."

And nothing happens, it's still at 0%, did i miss something ?!

Yeah.. no idea on that one. It does seem some poor wording. I think maybe a global thing like 1m likes for an old wallpaper sort of thing. But you'd think if that were the case it would've moved by now...

It's going to be like SC2's promotion, I think.

They basically just make the content available at their own pace, regardless of how many people do things :P.

well i`ve been trying to post my banner all day long and its not working.. so no idea about unlocking..

Becuase you are not unlocking it only for yourself. Once set number of people will submit (for example 1000) first thing will be unlocked, and when more poeple will submit (for example 3000) next thing will be unlocked. And so on.
It's community driven, it's not "I submit for myself so I can see it only by myself".
