yes they do have both perfecte ED% and perfect base defense. But if youre gonna upgrade them, the items base defense attribute will get randomed so it wont matter if it was perf from beginning (only perf ED% will).

Alrighty, checked the valuation and I have 4HR's of Low Runes / Pgems ready according to it:

10 PRuby, 3 PAme and 7 PSk = 1HR;
6 PEme, 7 PSap, 9 PDia, 8 Crap Jewels, 4 El and 3 Eld = 1HR;
15 Amn, 3 Ith,1 Tal and 1 Ral, = 1HR;
15 Thul, 3 Nef 1 Eth and 1 Sol, = 1HR.

If the offer's acceptable, I'll drag them on to a mule acct =)
