    1) 5 secs
    2) no
    3) per cycle; basically, less if your attack speed is slower (at the expense of hitting less often of course)
    4) we don't know, not currently testable

In theory i think this is the highest single target DPS build in the game, but it has way too many cons ever to be viable. It's a full glass cannon build, it takes time to build up the damage, you need to pay attention to your buffs, it barely has any AoE damage and if you stop hitting enemies for couple of seconds the whole rotation resets and you need to build your buffs from the start again.

Btw is overpower CD reduced only by crits from overpower or does any critical strike from whatever ability get the chance to proc the 1 second cooldown reduce?

Hrm. I could've sworn it was 5. Wonder why they'd make it 4 instead of 5 anyway?

    patch 16 stealth nerf?

4 secs does indeed feel a little short, i guess it will be hard to keep it running when moving from one pack of mobs to the next.

    Re: Anyone considered a critophile?

I was big on heavy crits to fuel the birthright engine, but then I noticed:

    1) grim harvest is FIFTEEN PERCENT while hota birthright is only TEN PERCENT, and only when you crit at that, substantially lowering the chance of this guy going off.

    2) once you arnt spending rage on hota and stop caring about crits and spending rage, your passives and support skills open way up.
    - brawler, berserkers rage, and weapons master for swords lets you do a consistently high amount of damage. (poles could be ok too)
    - cleave rupture is still the obvious choice for the center of the engine, but you now have room for leap CoA and ground stomp wrenching, as well as WotB insanity and battle rage marauder to really pump up the damage.

    I know what you're saying:

"no survivability, lol"- the objective isnt to farm inferno for fat loot, but to kill things just a lil beneath you, really really fast, for alot of gold, cause face it you will need gold. it wont be bad at gaining exp either.

additively the 3 passives come out to 70%, another 30% on top of that from br b makes it a nice even +100% all the time, then another 100% on top of that when wotb is up. so you would want to find a mob to farm that you can take life off of in in chunks divisible by 3, so when wotb is up, you do 50% more damage (200% -> 300%) making that same mob go down in 2 hits instead of 3 (or 4 instead of 6, or 6 instead of 9 etc) yes, the splash effect of cleave is only 85%, but that wont matter when one dies everything will go kablooey.

"spending rage on a build using berzerker rage? blasphemy!" why not? in like 4 hits Ill be at max rage again, except Ill be doing substantially more damage on account of it. ok wotb is only up like 1/6 of the time, so it could be some extra utility or something instead.

"leap and stomp? why?" I like the longer range of stomp, more spot rage generation to recuperate from yells, pull scattery mobs back in after a few run off while I kill some of their cousins. monks cyclone strike is way better in that department, but its spirit consumption means it just wont be able to match the baba's pace.

"no crit? :sniffle:" no, crit builds are for when the economy matures and you can easily find end game rares with str, vit, mf and crit on them, early on I will be content to take the biggest base dps item I can find to its optimal corner.

the cleaverupture/ground stomp wrenching smash engine is operational at lvl 18, grim harvest shows up at 37 making it super effective and the last peice finally falls into place with brawler at 45, good times.
