Did my Hellforge and got an El rune -_- but I did find an Amn off a corpse near Shenk later so I guess that kind of made up for it, lol. Diablo was a bit of a pain, had to portal a number of times and slowly pick him off. I had found a Ravenclaw earlier, so I'm using it now to add extra dps (on a weapon switch). Found some Sigon pieces... using Gloves, Belt and Boots atm. I found an Angelic Ring as well to go with my Angelic chest, but I don't have the Amulet yet so it's not really worth using. Keeping it stashed until I find the Ammy.

holy crap, Diablo was tough. i wound up using all but four of my juves (in a way it's good, i have room now). jumping back and forth around him left Hup open to the lightning hose and i have officially had my first NDE. he took quite a while and though i was planning on running him a bit, i dont think i will. he dropped a lot of yellows i didnt keep and hellplague that i did. idk if i'll use it, i replaced out shadowfang on my w/s switch for it as it does more LCS damage, but i havent been using my w/s switch. since i'm home sick i'll do shenk next, but i wanted to post now since i was very glad to get past big D.

which now takes my LA (LCS) damage to 296-547. the dual leach is very nice. i can totally see that when i get to higher levels, i wont have to worry about mana potting at all. as it is now it's pretty infrequent, tombs sucked with all the unleachables and the stranglers in chaos sanc were very annoying. while going up the foothills, a sol dropped so the next level i made i dumped a point into polearm mastery as i believe i'll be making myself an insight very soon. i had low quality partizan drop so i'm waiting on a good one to drop and a might have to burn my socket quest on it. it should last quite a while if i can wrangle all the parts.

Ok, so I re-entered with a new Druid, this time deciding I wanted to fight blinded and chilled foes :o)

I just finished the Countess and she dropped me an Ith rune and a Jewel of Wrath +9 max dam!! Very nice, smells like an armor upgrade

I'm using a 3 chipped Long Bow now, and my fire rogue merc is also using a 3 chip bow. I have 5 Ravens up all the time, and a spirit wolf has joined the party. Arctic Blast is lvl 7 now and is starting to do some damage, but I don't have the mana for it yet so everything gets the pincushion treatment for now :o)

This char is good fun :o) It doesn't have the wholesale crowd annihilation features that the RavenCreeper(tm) build had :-P But it'll do... I think I'll run Countess until she decides to give me 2 Tals, 3 Eths and 3 Rals (so I can make 2 Stealth now, and Zephyr when I get the cube). The last time I didn't care about the gear, I think that got me killed (well, that and not putting enough in vitality... and also fighting Duriel on P3...)

I changed one more thing... The belt only contains reds now, I'm quite content to open the inventory to drink blues

I already have a small stock of purples, but they're staying in the inventory for now...

Hope to finish A1 and 2 tomorrow, and will hire a desert prayer merc when I can (and roll him a savage polearm, I have diamonds saved up)

2nd Countess run gave me a Tal and a Tir rune... Considering a +2MPK, 9 max dam helmet w/ the Tir and Jewel... Might help w/ mana...

The beauty of this tournament is that it's easy to catch up. I'm actually starting to just wait a couple of days before continuing because it doesn't feel worth it to just do 1 quest a day :P and i find it a pain to rerun stuff with a necro.
