Front page incgamers banner moving page up and down

As the title says, the banner all the way at the top of the front page keeps glitching out or something and therefore moving the entire page up and down. Every 30 seconds exactly, the glitchy banner pops up at the top of the page, moving everything down, and stays there for ~3-4 seconds before disappearing and moving everything back up again.

It's the news ticker's fault. When it displays a long message such as

Everything after the colon gets pushed down, which moves the banner. And on my widescreen monitor there's no need for it. There's lots of room for the text, but it moves down anyways.

Good catch! Though I found that for me it only does it with the "Bioware Explain SWTOR Legacy System in new" link, and none else.

It's still been doing this. It's just because that element in the dom has a specific width set... It's incredibly annoying when trying to do anything on the site (particularly reading articles). I always have to use google chrome's inspect function to delete the #inc_toolbar div so my page stops going haywire.
