Patch 15 new strings

I don't understand this, totally. I came here from a link in an article: http://diablo.incgamers.com/blog/com...-not-respecing and clicking on patch 15 new/changed patch data strings. I can't see where the link about magic find is found. Please could anyone post a link to it for me? Thanks.

RyTEK, all it's saying is on new game "Monsters, treasure, and terrain randomly change". Which is just the same as D2 (unless you were playing Single player but even then "new game" you know...
