Run "Diablo III Setup.exe" on 15.05.2012 and then Install will work. Till then you will get message that it is not yet time.

Who knows... 2 months is a long time to try to get the files... In just few hours some progress was made...

It's not that easy. The game files are encrypted with Salsa20 and a 256bit key. The files that were already posted had no protection at all. You can't decrypt the files without the key and there are 2^256 possible keys, good luck.
