I'm posting this here as this is where I keep getting diverted to.
What has happend to the wow site? everytime I try and go there with any link I automatically get diverted to the Diablo site. and I cant find any Trace of it on the "Browse incgamer channel's" on the top right of the website.
That part of incgamers has been shut down, Cader. I personally think it was the correct decision. As far as I know, Rush nor Elly still play WoW and the state of the forums was declining. For further questions, I'm going to have to direct you to them, they are in a far better position to answer!
I am definately going to miss the place, that's true. But I have come to realize I'm going to miss it as it was about a year ago, not in the current state. In other words, I was already missing it. We have to move on. Do you play, or are you planning to play, Diablo by any chance?....![]()

Oh, thats a shame :( Wasnt much notice (If any) that is was being shut down I only really go there once or twice a week now, but was on my way over for some info about my new druid I have just started.
Havnt really decided about Diablo yet, not really followed it, I have got it (Got it free with my year long sub with WoW) so I might dable with it a bit.
Would be nice if you did, or if you at least considered hanging around here. :-)
Don't know if you two remember me, but...this kind of sucks. I was still havin' a good time reading up on what was going on, as well as working on a story of mine in the fiction section. While I'm smart enough to be having backups and I'm posting it somewhere else as well, I might not be so lucky with the few loyal people who seemed to read my stuff.
Oh well, at least I can see a familiar, friendly face here, and maybe I'll eventually jump into diablo once it goes live proper.
Of course I remember you. You had an awesome story going on, but I still know you from before you started that.
That is something that stings the most, the old posts, the fan fiction, all of the history in that place. I could spend hours browsing and reading old posts from the glory days.
As I said, the story going down with the forums is not really a problem per say, as I have backups of everything and was publishing simultaneously on another site anyway. What I'm worried about are the people who waded through all 59 posts of it that I got out, only to find that the entire forum has phased to the beyond only some dozen more parts short of the still up-and-coming ending of the long-running story.
Perhaps the best I can do for those people is to leave this here post and mention that a simple google search for the title, "Druid of the Blade", will get you easy enough to where you will find all of what I had already published, as well as the conclusion to the story once I finally get it finished and published.
Sorry for the indirect link, but I'm not entirely comfortable posting a direct one on this site, having been around long enough to see that hassle a couple of times over. Try one of the other results if the first ends up in something rather weird-looking, like it seems to for me.
With the WoW community pretty dead, and none of the team having played the game for quite a long time it was time to shut the doors. We will likely add a WoW forums section here so people have a place to post and i will see if I can do that today.
You can repost the story, Icefrost. :-)
I never got around to finish the latest chapters for some reason. I found it without using Google though, it was an obvious site to check first. :-)
