Chance of skiller affixes on GCs

So in AT for example, all items in the game can drop, while GCs cannot give +45 life? Are there any other monsters in the entire game that can drop a +45 life GC?

Only those three, baal diablo and nihlathak.

You may find any item in the Pits, but not every of them ca be upgraded to unique/set, and not every mod is possible. Im unsure about details.

Interesting. Do you happen to know which items cannot roll unique/set in AT/TP? Also; where can these items roll unique/set – Only Thak/Dia/Baal?

Also, does anyone know what mods cannot occur on items in TP/AT, alternatively link me up to where I can find this information?T

Every item can drop there (and in all L84 or 85 areas), except two: SCs and GC with the very highest affixes. Only Diablo, Nihlathak and Baal can drop these charms.

When navigating to the charms, enter 88 into the ilvl field above the list (which is what bosses in L85 areas drop) and you will notice that a few affixes are missing when comparing it with ilvl 99, one of them the 41-45 lifs suffix for GCs, as well as the highest four elemental affixes and (IIRC) +1 maxdmg on SCs (which can combine with max/ar, that's why it's so high).
