Stamina bug

Hey,

Okay Ive got to think this is a bug now, I run out of stamina as quickly as lvl 50 druid (147) vit, as on lvl 2..
Even though I have 10 times as much stamina as the start, the bar drains just as quickly, I would say something between 5-10 stam/sec, cant seem to find anyone else with the same problem, anything I can do to fix this?
