the easiest and most likely way for you to participate and gain beta acces is to join the IRC channel #Town-Portal (quakenet.org) if you do not have IRC you can use this browser based Irc page http://webchat.quakenet.org/#
just choose your nick ; and join the channel #Town-Portal ; there you can make appointments for a beta session with @Town-Portal (sometimes @Town|AFK / @Town|Dota2 and @Master-Shakes (leftclick on their names and query. or type /query "nick")
a beta session usually lasts 4 hours and the schedule is every 4 hours GMT+2 (CET) so 4:00 pm 8:00 pm etc.
you can also idle around in that chatroom and contribute to the chat ; sometimes other people also give away their beta acces for several hours off schedule. good luck.

Either reserve a fixed 4 hours spot or hang around and wait till someone feel like letting people play their account.
Worked great for me and i had the chance to play every class.
I haven't bumbed this for a while, since the last week have been CRAZY... so much demand, its awesome, but always make the wait for people to long.... LUCKILY, thanks to Anime, we have gotten 2 more accounts to share, so we can meet that demand now.
