    Some of them could be useful for first time players, which is the point I think. However, this is exactly why I would like to disable them as well.

It would hurt the economy in the game and drain the gold AH of those items from those who choose not to use it, or don't know it exists.

    Does the RMAH suck? Kind of, but it was necessary. WoW is not a justifiable comparison by any means to why it should not be implemented in Diablo 3. All of the hardcore players (mindset not gameplay setting) would default to FG to get their items the second they ran into trouble gaining an item if the option existed.

    bottom line: You are able to get everything in the game in WoW by playing the game. The same could be said in Diablo but the odds are so slim. I have played for over 10 years and have not found every item in the game. I played WoW for about a year and if there was something I wanted, I could have gotten it after probably a week of extreme dedication. THATS the difference.
    1 week rofl... Tell that to my lock :( Who never got the tier 3 hands drop.
