Obviously you've never played D2LOD on BNET with and without those forums.
Your argument is irrelevant, this has nothing to do with dupes or hacks. Do you even know what jsp is?
And there isn't a need for "a better argument", you're only being a stubborn cow by ignoring the facts and hating because of your own assumptions.
I don't really care if you hate the RMAH, but I'm just pointing out the reason why it was implemented.
So suck it up.
Seems to me that you are full of hate for some reason. If you don't know how to discuss on a Discussion Forum, you probably shouldn't post.
Besides, I expressed my opinion, said that I don't like and why. I never said you should feel the same way.
Yes, I do know. It didn't do the game good, but if it was not for hacks and dupes, it wouldn't be as bad as it was.Do you even know what jsp is?
You are right, there is not. Because the game isn't being made to suit my needs and expectations. I said that, for me, to think it's a good thing, I would need a better argument. I don't need you to provide one, I don't think you can provide one. Like I said, even with or without it, I'm playing the game. But it seems like you didn't read my post, before calling me things and being a complete stupid ***.there isn't a need for "a better argument"
That's the spirit. If you can't add anything, simply don't care. There was no need for the rest of your post.I don't really care if you hate the RMAH
Learn to read and think before you go to places discussions are supposed to happen and start throwing your bull**** on people that have a different opinion from yours. Thank you very much.
Sigh, not only are you stubborn, you have way too much ego.
Rabble rabble rabble
I don't know where I showed I have too much ego. You started your crap out of nowhere. Check Risingred's post above.
What you did was not asked for, nor added anything (not even your opinion on what this thread was about). It was just plain out offensive on me.
If you are not here to add anything, even your opinion, then why are you here? To mock people that don't share your point of view? To make people realize you are the supreme being of hardcoreness?
Whatever, you are a waste of time on these forums from what I see. Have a nice day.
In my opinion the difference comes from Diablo 2, not WoW. D2's economoy is totally trashed right now because of the FG sites. As in there are some places in the game where trading in the game is almost impossible (ex: hardcore). People default to FG. In WoW people don't default to gold farming sites. The majority of people get it on their own and farm themselves in the game with their crafting abilities. In Diablo, there is no way to do this and even if you farm items you are down to just luck. WoW is different. If I want X item, I know the boss loot tables and can run them knowing they chance of them dropping the item is actually decent. There is also PvP items, badge items etc. Tons of ways to get uber items in game without going to gold farming. If you want epic mounts, it takes time, but is totally attainable in game.
If you want a Windforce in Diablo 2, you need to get lucky and even then you may never ever find the actual item in the game. That is not the case in WoW.
Since the hands down majority of people playing Diablo 2 use FG to get the hard to obtain items, it is safe to assume this is what would immediately be started once Diablo 3 started. It would hurt the economy in the game and drain the gold AH of those items from those who choose not to use it, or don't know it exists.
Does the RMAH suck? Kind of, but it was necessary. WoW is not a justifiable comparison by any means to why it should not be implemented in Diablo 3. All of the hardcore players (mindset not gameplay setting) would default to FG to get their items the second they ran into trouble gaining an item if the option existed.
bottom line: You are able to get everything in the game in WoW by playing the game. The same could be said in Diablo but the odds are so slim. I have played for over 10 years and have not found every item in the game. I played WoW for about a year and if there was something I wanted, I could have gotten it after probably a week of extreme dedication. THATS the difference.

If they think this is going to work they are delusional .. what a piece of crap.
Delusional? It already worked for SC2.
I pointed out what the RMAH was for, which is completely related to what this thread is about, in which you argued mentioning about hacks and WoW which is no relation to the purpose it serve.
It was "offensive" to you because like every other egoistic stubborn arse out there, you do not want to accept the facts and only your opinions matters.
Anyway it's pointless talking to someone who hasn't played D2, and knows 0 about the economy.
