Relatively new to Druid class - advice pls

So I played D2 years ago and pretty much had all high end classes cept a Sin and a Droo. I just recently got back into D2 and thought it was time to make a droo. Due to not having much experience with them (mostly forgot) I thought I'd ask for some expertise here.

I understand there are droo guides but there seem to be so many and quite convoluted and really doesn't help with narrowing down choices and not sure which are out of date. I already have a zon and sorc just fyi.

I am looking for a build that has absolutely the best killing power in PvM. What type of droo would that be?

Also pls suggest best possible gear as expense should not be an issue.

the helm you suggest would be a druid pelt, circlets canīt spawn fhr. also uīd ideally want +3 tornado on it
the amulet would be a caster craft to spawn 20 fcr
the rings would be blood crafts

Yes, circlets can have fhr. But it is very rare. I don't know why. Of course you are right about the crafts.

I'd like to add a cheap build just for info. I use this on my current wind druid. He has no problem soloing hell pits on p8.
