When it says that zeal receives bonus from sacrifice 12% damage per level, it means per level of zeal or sacrifice?
If sacrifice is level 3 the bonus to zeal will be 36%? Or zeal must me level 3 to receive 36% bonus from sacrifice?

Skill points in sacrifice boost zeal damage, so 3 points lead to a 36% bonus. Only investments of skill points count, skill bonuses don't.

It means that there is no meaning of having high sacrifice because the skill bonus does not count? why don't they count?

Is there a point of bonus or not?

It definitely pays off to maximize sacrifice when using zeal. In fact you are going to maximize sacrifice before boosting zeal beyond level 4 (which gives you the maximum of 5 attacks) because the synergy adds more enhanced damage than zeal itself while you can get the bonus to attack rating (which zeal adds as well) from other sources at first. After sacrifice is maximized, you are maximizing zeal as well, of course.

The point of limiting it to investments of skill point is to make it not that easy to get synergy bonuses from skill bonuses of equipment.
