This guy says he got banned for making "too much" gold.
What do you think of this?

Funny thing... They simply tell you: "you had better don't play the game to well or we will fire you!" ****ing ridiculous! If he played according to EULA it's a ****ing insult. -_-
This subject already got dealt with here:

The thread was locked because the tone of the thread became quite negative.
If you discuss it further in this thread please keep it civil. You have the right to disagree and disapprove, especially if you do so constructively with reasoned argument. IF it becomes personal or insulting this thread will get locked also.
It turns out Blizzard banned him because he was intending to bring out a subscription based info site for traders.
The guy Markco is quite interesting. He's worth following on his blog here:
http://www.*********************/ OK it doesn't like me linking to his blog, you will have to find it for yourself.
He is very enthusiastic, cunning, insightful, and updates regularly. I know him a little bit, but I am not him.
Oh good lord, here we go again.
Banned for making gold...
Saying things like this proves that these are all your accounts, and it is classic denial.
It's like saying, "I got fired because management had it out to get me". All the while you didn't do what you were supposed to do, and got fired for being a lazy douche. Sorry I couldn't come up with a better analogy, but I think you get my point.
When you are making money off of someones hard work, people tend to try and thwart it before it goes too far.
I didn't post in the other thread but I can see this is going to keep going so let me point out something very simple, when you get banned it wasn't done by the guy you are contacting at support to inquire about it, it wasn't done by anyone in support at all, that person you are contacting to ask questions is just some 10$ an hour dude at a call center who has no clue why you got banned and isn't authorized to research it since he's paid 10$ an hour to help players, not waste time on banned accounts.
Can you be banned for too much gold? No... Can they tell you that's why they banned you? Sure... They can and will tell you anything just to close the ticket... Why?... Because that's what support staff do... This notion that being "banned" MUST come with full disclosure or that there must be some hearing in a virtual court of law is just falacy, the EULA rather murkily states that they can ban you for any reason at any time.
No he did not get banned for making too much gold or having too much gold find, that's just nonsense, he got banned for operating a "gold guide" site that he fully intended to profit from once the game launched... and like him I myself will likely get banned at some point simply because I have openely admitted to being an RMT professional under the name I will be using in game and that's all they need, sure if I asked CS what my ban was for after the fact they will tell me all kinds of BS but I am already fully aware that coming on these boards and admitting who I am and what I do puts any future accounts I use to play D3 at risk because even though I have 0 intention of doing anything illegitimate in D3 they have no way of verifying that, the only thing they have verification of is that I am who I am and I do what I do... Everything else is just words on a forum.
I have nothing against Marcko personally but his campaign to try and publicly notify the net of this injustice is a farce, he knew full well what he was doing before he started, to act surprised after the fact is just foolish, he was up to something he shouldn't have been and got caught, that's all there is to it, the rest of it is just marketing for his website.
