I don't get the idea with the personalization quest. Doesn't items drop in value when you personlize them?
Good catch. Strange, the guide I found says you need to look through all temples.
Edit: That guide is seriously out of date. It even claims that you need to talk to Alcor to activate the quest, which you don't. All you have to do is go straight into the temple, grab the book, and return it to him.

Yeah I just did it on nm and hell, hardly a challenge. But seeing how easy it is, always being in kurast bazar/ruined temple, this is definitely a quest worth doing. Takes less than 5 minutes.
quests with reward.
What is the point of rushing it? Since there is no real "end game material" Not alot of people make it to lvl 99. From what I can tell the major thing about this game is to get xp for lvling up, and now and then grind the same area/boss over and over for drops. When getting xp, you might as well do the quests. It might not be quite as fast, as whatever place you are doing, but it gives variation to the game play, instead of just grinding the same place all the time + you can do most of them on the way so to speak while you're makeing your way towards the end boss anyway. Most quests only take a few minutes extra to complete, from the time yould need to get to the act boss.
Also on normal, doing the quests progress you pretty much at the correct speed towards the new areas if you kill everything once. I don't mind grinding, but don't see the point in grinding when I reap about the same benefit whiel not doing so. After you finished normal, you will have to grind anyway.
Well I do pvp as well so for me, +60 hp, +30 res all, +15 vitality and +12 skill points is something that cannot be missed.
