No rerolls. I never answered your question about P&P tabletop gaming. I started out an avid AD&D player in my pre-teenage years, then moved mostly to custom and generic systems. I picked up D&D 4th edition when it came out, but it felt too kiddie for me, felt like a bulky WoW to Pen and Paper conversion. I still play mostly generic systems; the book stores and the gaming stores have loads of little-known books detailing generic systems, that I will usually modify or tailor to whatever genre I feel like RP'ing in.
Edit:
Rules Clarification:
We are allowed to use our starter equipment. Is that rule only in place so that we can use something until our rolled weapons come available?
For example, I've got a crossbow/2H sword roll this time around. Obviously, I start with a Short Sword and a Buckler. I saw a ruling that Imbues are okay, but not upgrades. What about Larzuk and Runewords?
Or, in the spirit of the randomness, should I ditch the starter stuff the second my first rolled weapon becomes available, and never look back?
^ This is what I am going to do anyway, but I wanted to clarify anyway. In my case, it might be nice to make a 'Strength' out of the starter short sword for bosses, especially if I roll Zeal in a later difficulty. I won't be doing this, but I felt a rules clarification may be in order.
HC Amazon Ema lvl 39 killed Baal!!
Dumped all my points in Expl. Arrow and Fire arrow aaand...got an eth 0os Partizan and Larzuked it. Now I'm only Sol or one more Amn away from Insight.
I didn't move any of my Normal skills to forever although Charged Strike was very tempting. I am hoping for Valkyrie so that I can use D/A/E.
Reroll for NM please.
Spoiler
Working your skills out now!
3-1-1-2-3 for the trees, 2-2-5-10-3 for the skills:
Bow & Crossbow Tree: Fire Arrow (Already a Tournament Skill) Exploding Arrow (Already a Tournament Skill) Cold Arrow (Duplicate Skill) Freezing Arrow
Javelin and Spear Tree: Power Strike
Javelin and Spear Tree: Lightning Bolt (No Javelin Class Weapons) Impale
Passive and Magic Tree: Pierce
Bow and Crossbow Tree: Cold Arrow
Really sorry about that friend!
At least you got Pierce and a somewhat synergized secondary Bow attack. I guess you'll be freezing mobs, then blowing them up or poking their frozen bodies? Man, I'm terrible at rolling random characters, haha.

Thanks L, there's nothing to be sorry about, FA + CA and Pierce are extremely useful skills. I'll need some time to decide wether I'll lock something or not.
My druid has completed act 1 at level 20. Very simple, as expected. Wolves are ridiculously OP in Normal. I believe I only lost a single wolf in the act up until Andy, and she only got 7 total I think. I have put 15 points into wolves and 2 points into HoW +prereqs. I found a pelata luna and a felloak, Both items that would have been very nice to use. I opted to not give my merc any topaz gear, as I figured she was only making the kill on about 10-20% of monsters. I got a leather armor and a skull cap with topazez in it. Hired a prayer merc and gave him a rare spear I found for now. I have 9 spare chipped topazes, so I'm going to rush to the cube and cube them up into a breast plate asap.
I was gambling some boots and light gauntlets when to my surprise I gambled an Iratha's cuff! I won't use it yet as I have some gloves with light resist on them which is better, but if I find the ammy it will likely get used.
I've never had such a challenging, tedious time in Act I Normal as I'm having with this roll. Plain ol' Ranged Attack (at like, 18 frames, seriously) is really tough! I haven't had much luck finding Emeralds, which honestly, would be a godsend right now. Each encounter is, plink-plink-kitelink-plink-kite:etc:etc:etc. You never realize how often monsters block until you put out less than 2 attacks every 3 seconds... Oh, and the horror I faced when stumbling into a Carver Camp poised at the edge of a Carver Forrest in the Dark Wood. Seriously?! 80 something Carvers, 10+ Shaman, and Skeletal Archers, Corrupt _____s, and those annoying bat-things sprinkled in? I've been working on the Dark Wood seriously for nearly 2 hours, and had to take a break... Only 4 levels to go until Holy Freeze, then I hope things get somewhat better.
I hope everyone else is having as much fun as I am! :P
I decided to lock Pierce. It will significantly boost my fire damage on Expl. Arrow by triggering explosion more often in large groups.
Spoiler
My Druid (Aptly named Randoom) bit the dust at level 18, in the cathedral. Having only arctic blast and cyclone armour as skills, plus drinking beer while battling a cold immune guarantees death.
Can I have another roll please? Completely random this time.
