So I'm building a LLD WW barb right now that is going to be able to do BvB, BvA, and BvC with switch gear in stash
Currently I Am planning on this
helm: (none, going to get peasants crown temp until if and when I can get a +WW helm with sockets)
weapon: Going to go for double honor naga's vs casters and melee going honor naga + shield (should I go artisants XX of deflection or rhyme). Don't reccomend robo nagas as finding 4 jewels with good max and ED is not a possibility on ladder right now, will get a robo naga in time, but not yet.
Armor I have artisans light plate of the squid which I will socket with 3 maxers, and will try and get a nice high def eth self repair ornate armor with 2 socks with max - req jewels for BvB
Rings will be rare rings with AR life mana max/min damage cold res mods
Amulet will be +1 barb good second mods ammy
Will likely keep angelics stashed for BvB
boots/belt: Should I go SOE + bloodfists or ik here? (SOE for melee for sure, but is IK worth it as a switch ever) Also, what level req are upped bloodfists?
For charms I'm getting all max/AR with second mods of life/str/FRW
Skills will be
20 axe mastery
7 Battle orders
1 battle command
1 natural resists
1 stamina
1 shout
1 iron skin
1 + increased speed
How much should I aim for increased speed after + skills and battle commands, is it worth more than 1 point in shout/iron skin/natural resist?
On switch I'm going for double spirits for the + skills on my warcries. Anything I'm missing?

Meph is right about +ww; even a white +1 ww barb helm without other staffmods is pretty hard to come by. In the meantime, you might be well-served to get a 1 barb 30 frw 2os circlet or something similar to give you a second slot to put a jewel in.
If/when you decide to abandon the honor nagas for robos, Peace armor + 2x sojs for rings becomes a nice choice vs casters. Last time I did some math on that, I think it came out significantly ahead of a 3os/3x jewel armor. Against melee types you'll still want the artisan's or ornate armor; Peace becomes less good awesome without the two sojs to boost the critical strike level. Peace doesn't synergise as well with Honor nagas because of the lower base damage per second & base deadly strike, IIRC.
Artisan's ___ of Deflection is better than Rhyme; cbf and res won't matter in most duels where you need a shield.
Natural res should get 1 point and then enough to cover whatever resists you can't with gear/charms. If you need to stack light/cold, I'd recommend having special gear for that.
Iron skin should only get 1 point; if you want to lean more towards bvb, put more points into shout so you can boost your whole party's Def when you team vs team. Increased speed is a "to taste" thing... but a fast barb is a better caster killer.
Personally i like Whintsans guard as for it has great defence if that is waht you are looking for
If you rush your char to hell, and get all skill/stats quests done. Youd end up with +15stats and +12 skills.
And +30%@ Res if you do all 3 anya q's.
Thats 41 skill points available and you can easily put 1 in ww, and skip natural resistance.

EDIT: Oh, and pick leap.
I wouldn't skip natural resistance to rely on bugged anya res. You die in the game, you have to exit and return to get your res back. Plus, with a standard-ish anti caster setup (peace, 2x sojs, robo, Honor, +1 barb/stats/etc amulet) you get significantly more res from Natural Resistance.
