Guide/Build lvl 30 bowazon?

Hi,

Anyone got any experience/tips/help on how to make a decent lvl 30 bowazon char?

I got this 15ed 3ar 3bow reflex bow (which will get 5 sox)

The rest? Stat distribution?

What should i aim for on switch?

Help is appreciated

dont use reflex, prefered bows are 5os ashwood with shaels enough to hit the best possible break on GA, a really nice rare (hard to get good enough), or upped rogues bow with a nef.

my (crappy) set up:
helm with max jewels (1zon/frw/2os prefered)
1zon/life/mana/res ammy
upped nef'd rogues
maxed twitch
bloodfist
2x min dmg/life/replen/mana/res/whatever ring
deaths belt on or in stash for cbf, string of ears or fhr/life/mana/res rare
sander's boots

best damage javs you can find + swordback hold on switch for block/jabbing

that's a beginner's set up. pros use sockted ashwood, 4os armor (or 3os/life) with jewels, death's set and basically same everywhere else.

max GA one into jab, some into dodges as much as you can get into crit.

WHat would you say would be the best spot to farm the helm, rarebow and javalins. Norm cows?

Just saying but knockback on a bowzon is considered BM by some. Nonetheless, its highly effective against anything that does not teleport.

i'd go for NM cows for socketables. i have no idea on rare bows as the best rare bows are duped hold-overs from earlier expansions. i have looked at every yellow bow that's ever dropped for me and have never found one for lvl 30 that comes close to a robo bow. for a hat, i usually gamble circlets with a level 42 character when looking for rlvl 30 helms. gambling at level 42 has a good chance of getting you a 2tree/20fcr circlet for rlvl 30 and the last few times i've gambled i've come across 30frw hats that i could then larzuk and hope to get 2os. i never did gamble a 1zon/30frw to socket, but i've seen 1 zon and 30frw so i know the combo's possible at that level.

no one but idiot pubs calls knock back BM. there are things in LLD that are considered BM, but that isnt one of them. this is mainly because it's not very effective against anyone that uses good sense and doesnt come at you head on.

It must be different for LLD then. I was mostly speaking of my MLD experience with bowzons and such. You probably know that in MLD bowzons are very powerful, even without knockback.

nah, people ***** and moan, but that doesnt make it BM. as i said, only a pub that dosnt know how to deal with it would complain. bowazons can be very powerful in LLD, MLD, and HLD. knock back is one of their tools, but it's by no means a crippler.
