It's grief in a white (non-superior) phase blade, the complete variable stats are:

397 damage
32 IAS
-20 enemy poison res
10 life on kill

In other words, the high damage is the only thing it has going for it, but then, that's the only thing it really needs.

ist = 2 mal = 4 um
gul = ist + mal
vex = 3 ist
ohm = 6 ist
lo = 12 ist
sur = 12 ist
ber = jah = 24 ist

low-mid Grief = 8-16 ist depending on stats (yes, to replace this one)
CtA 5 = 12 ist (not in a phase blade)
low-mid ani = 12-24 ist depending on stats
organ sets = ist + mal

Closeable = 3 HR = 72 ist (based on the valuation here)

Will probably keep it open for a while, since this is my first top value auction, but if there is some good bidding, I'll close it 36 hours after the last bid.

I must admit I'm surprised I didn't get any competition on a great Grief like yours, but I'm very pleased of course

Sorry about that Archone. Would have loved to keep it open for you, but it has been up for 5 days (since Saturday) and Groo made his offer on Monday already, so that seemed like a fair time to wait.
