Well purely in items terms it's probably not worth quite as much, but being able to buy them all at the same time, and having the whole account set up, plus not having to do any muling to use it is probably worth some as well. Same as the prices on levelling characters for other people are pretty subjective and likely to change depending on how much effort people think it saves them.
