I don't see why we would need to, seeing as we already have the community on this site.

Although I suppose it wouldn't hurt if someone wanted to slap a page on there.

Well, I checked it out, and it seems to already have all the features one would need in a guild hall, including privacy settings. It seems like most of us here want some kind of restrictions for admitting new members, and it certainly looks like it has that functionality built in.
