What to socket with for PvP charger?

I've made a PvP charger to near completion, and now all I need to do is level, and socket.
My main curiosity is what to socket my HoZ with. I have 44 DR right now, with Crown of ages, and dungos.
Should I socket with a Ber, to max that out?
Or should I socket it with a resist/___ jewel?

Well, what do you need?

Are your resists maxed? (Or able to be stacked when necessary)
Would a 7fhr jewel take you to the next BP?
Will you be going up against a lot of physical damage and need the extra dr?
Do you think you can forgo all of this for a pure damage jewel?

There isn't really a single answer. There's no reason you can't keep multiple shields in your stash

everything i know about chargers is HERE!

it appears you're going the weapon/shield route, so i'd be looking for capped out %DR. assuming a Grief weapon, you're basically making a PvP smiter with a strong minor in Charge.

on a 2h charger, defensive mods can go hang.

Yes I would prefer maxing out dr for pvp so ber that hoz. Dr and resist is the most important part of pvp for safety. Without it you are pretty much toast.

What is all the gear you are using now? It would be nice if we all know what gear setup you are using so other forum members can help out more. If your charger is near completion what gear/charms do you need to complete your build? That would be nice to know too.
