I could tear it down as it's technically mine. My dogs would then escape though. If I had the money I would just put up a new one, but alas I do not.

It's funny that you use fences. Where I was growing up, Everyone just had bushes as natural fence. If that makes sense. Not sure if bushes is the right word, and can't be bothered to look it up. My TV-channel stopped turning black!
