I met the requirements pretty easily. Only added 2 points into dex and like 30 into strength.

133 -60 = 73
and 91 -22 = 69
73 str and 69 dex from gear is pretty nice on nl if they also have enough ar and res to stack on hell. Grazt!
Hah, mine is probably still #1 in ladder in that case. I got a pretty good +1 barb, 15dex, priz, stacked cr ammy. as well as a high dex ring, a dual stat ring and a dual stat gloves.
near max resist, decent enough ar and stylish to boot.
Not to mention that the 267 bec is in eu...
