No indication of what they do to each skill? skill mods on items simply increase damage of that move?
Are you ****ing kidding me? Where is Knockback? Where is Crushing Blow? Where is Hit Blinds Target? All those mods are bland as hell.
Read more carefully before whinging; knockback and blinding are both present along with many other on hit effects.
Crushing Blow was inherently OP and rightly excluded.
Missing maybe, but missed? Stamina stuff which was boring and pointless. Cast rate is now consolidated with attack rate. Light radius which was a joke in D2 and would be even more pointless with D3's engine. Attack rating which doesn't apply since D3 focuses on damage reduction and dodge chance rather than accuracy/defense ratings. Poison length reduction is not needed as poison DOTs are much rarer (and other DOTs likely more common). + Other class skills which have been excluded to maintain class identity, important considereing the limited skill choices. Cast skill on hit/being hit/etc ditto, plus there are more non-skill procs to compensate. +allskills/skill trees which was inherently OP. + Elemental damage types which hopefully are in D3 as legendary only affixes (the strategy guide is rather vague). There are some other D2 unique/set/runeword only affixes but we don't really know the details of D3's legendary/set only affixes yet so lets not jump the gun on those.
