Do you have a few pgems or something you could throw in too?
If you do, I think 5 pgems and the small charm for the Cat's Eye would be fine with me

Basing this on (Cat's Eye: 0.5 HR /// 2 str sc: 0.1-0.33 HR/// 40 random pgems = 1 HR [5 pgems ~ .125 HR])
