Why is PKing fun to some people?

Just had 2 chars, a 71 sorc and a 78 smiter paladin die instantly to hacking pkers. I admit hardcore is alot more challenging with only 1 life, but this makes me want to hang this game up for good.

I just don't see the thrill people have with not only pking people, but having to cheat to pk instantly.

1. Don't hang out with hacking pkers.

2. Don't try to understand idiot behavior.

There is good and bad in everyone. That's why most christian religions assume that everyone will sin and will need forgiveness. That's also why some people feel a need to mock religion, other people, etc. People get a good feeling from making others suffer - from a good safe distance.

Sad but true.

I know I have this tendency, but back when I played DII I limited my PVP to trying to ambush PKs with overbuilt characters. Kind of a Dexter-ish thing to do. Didn't make it right, but I felt better about smacking the bullies around rather than others who were just trying to win PVM.

Are TPPK hacks out again? I thought all of that was cleared up with a previous patch.
