You could use some 30/20 shield, perhaps a ward of deflecting (185 str 4 sockets 30/20) with an IAS jewel. Personally I would prefer a stormshield with a (15)/15 jewel than sanctuary anyway. You could theoretically do some sort of a 30/20 BER+BER+15/15+5/5 shield as a jack of all trades.
