I listed every single flavour text in the previous Legendaries thread, so yes, these are new! The flavour text is so prolific on legendaries that I'd guess that they will all eventually have it.

Wow, the grammar in "Schaefers's Hammer" is horrible. First of all, it should be "Schaefers' Hammer" and then in the description they somehow lose the C. Yeah, subject to change bla bla.

s's and s' are equivalent and both correct. It's not bad grammar to use Schaefers's.
