And would it be better to wait to trade until the ladder becomes more liquid?

Good charms are always worth much more once ladder is more established, so yes its value will go up. Groo will show up eventually with an accurate PC

I strongly advise you to wait with selling this beauty.

If I'm not mistaken, it has lvl req 21, and is only 1 life from perfect for lld.

Sadly for you, lld is not present this early in ladder. I actully value this charm as high as 2-3 hrs, but I am of course totally aware that there is no chance for you to get that value at least in the first weeks to come.

If you really feel the urge to sell it already - Don't let it go for less than a hr, or even better; something that also will go much up in value later on in the ladder.

Correct. Keep it until enough people have gained the HRs to afford that GC and also have a need for L30 dueling items. I think I've sold a 10/xx/24 one for 2 or 3 HRs in the 7th season.
