hey guys im planning on buying a desktop and parts soon. but i heard there was a disaster in thailand. prices of harddrives have gone up double.

so

1. when will this price go down? if not soon, is the only option to just suck it up and buy a HDD?

2. i wanna play diablo 3 on good settings. is this a good set up? a kind gentleman was able to give me advice (i dunno the first thing about computers)
i only plan on playing D3, SC2. id like to play both on high settings if possible:
