Adria = Lilith?

So how about this, Lilith used Adria so she could trick the Dark Wanderer in having her baby so she could "steal" the essence of Diablo and become The Prime Evil and rule over The Burning Hells and Sanctuary.

Is it possible?

It's certainly possible, but I think Dark Wander (Diablo) could have seen through Lilith's disguise if she was right in front of him.

Probably, but I'm not sure Diablo had much control before the Dark Wander left for Lut Gholein.

I updated my theory:
Adria is Lilith. In Diablo I she knew that Diablo was waking and knew that he would seek a human host. Her plan was:

Step 1. Trick this hero, after he has jammed the soulstone in his forehead but before Diablo had gained full control, to impregnate her.

Step 2. Give the kid to Cain so she would learn everything there is to know of the Horadrim and whatever else Cain knows.

Step 3. ??? (Black Soulstone related?)

Step 4. Rule over Hell and Sanctuary

Yep... but then again, that could be the real Adria and maybe Lilith took over her body... or maybe not... maybe Diablo knew it was Lilith and let her think it was her idea to be impregnated and he intends to use Leah for his own purposes... or maybe Adria is just Adria and he mind controlled her to have sex with him... wild speculation is fun!

Haha it might be fun but it sounds like Diablo will fart his rainbow attacks and throw fluffy bunnies towards us in the final bossfight. This is a no for me

I doubt Diablo is the final boss. They've used the term "final boss" instead of Diablo in some interviews I've seen. Seems like they would just say "after you kill Diablo" rather than "after you kill the final boss" if it was actually Diablo.

A few months ago when Blizzard trademarked "Mists of Pandaria" they said that people shouldn't read to much into it as it's going to a book or something like that and it is no way a new expansion. Look how that turned out. I would take everything Blizzard says about the story at this point with a grain of salt since it could just be a lot of hand waving to throw us off.

Yes. They also said that the beta explains how she died (it doesn't). It doesn't explain how she died or how she's still alive, nor why she has a role to play in Diablo III, all spoilers aside.
