Need an evaluation of a rare

Demonhide armor
Defence: 204
24% FHR
49% Enhanced def
29 to life
cold resist 27%
fire resist 20%

Seems pretty good. Is it? US West server if it matters.

FHR is at max
Life is 29 / 60
Cold res 27 / 30
Fire res 20 / 30
defence 204 / 272 (which is the theoretical max of a demonhide armor, though I dont remember if I ever saw one with that defence)

possible uses : caster or low str armor

They are at least the useful resists, but I don't know if you can get a whole lot out of it.
You might be able to get a person to give you a gull for it if they really need it and have gulls spare.
People will complain about the life not being higher or it missing a stat like str or dex.
You may simply wish to keep it for yourself and offer it every now and then to see what people are willing to give you for it, that will really differ per person you talk to, so offer it often and do not be offended if people scoff at it, because it doesn't match their perticular taste.
