We will need a template for the crafted armor so Elly started work on these...
http://www.diablowiki.net/Template:Crafted_Armor
http://www.diablowiki.net/Template:A...Leather_Mantle
However, we need to add mats, cost and level but I am having a hard time getting this to work in the templates? Any ideas?
maybe we can use the small icon and do something likex5
It was more about actually getting the template to actually work, was just having real issues with it getting the three other additions Cost, Level and Mats into the last columns and actually get it working.
I worked a bit on it, let me know what you think

now you only have to enter the level of the materials and how many of each

OK yeh that looks cool. Elly will crack on with those, thanks loads for the input there.
Two questions.
Question 1
http://www.diablowiki.net/Template:Crafted_Armor
'Magic Shoulders' text is linked in there but when used in the template below it's not linked.
http://www.diablowiki.net/Template:A...Leather_Mantle
Is there a reason why or can it not be done?
Question 2
Again, this template:
http://www.diablowiki.net/Template:Crafted_Armor
The 'e' links nowhere there (intentionally) and consequently nowhere when it's embedded in a page as here
http://www.diablowiki.net/Template:A...Leather_Mantle
All I have is
Is there a way to have some piece of code after 'Template:' that automatically fills it with the template page name such as Template:Apprentice Leather Mantle? I know that's a huge leap but I wanted to check to be sure.{{editlink float|Template:}}

you can use {{FULLPAGENAME}} but it seems to have a problem with spaces in page names
EDIT: use {{FULLPAGENAMEE}} instead it works
and you should update the template with mine
http://www.diablowiki.net/User:Broke.../template:test
EDIT2: Template:{{PAGENAMEE}} would be better since it would work both on the item and template page
EDIT3: even then it wont work on the main armor page, I think we'll have the enter it for each template
EDIT4: fixed the link so it appears in every template
EDIT5: also fixed the edit link so it works everywhere automatically now. You're GTG

ah okay. Thanks for trying.
So I shall link up [[Magic Shoulders]] each time and add the template name to the edit link each time.

Okay Brokenstorm, I'm looking at this
http://www.diablowiki.net/index.php?...&action=submit
trying to get my head round it to edit it and add the other crafting materials seen on this item.

Setting up templates with functions is new to me and I'm trying to learn on the fly here but as I know you know this it seems quicker to ask than continue trawling through mediawiki as I'm eager to continue adding the pages.
