Need to make CTA on the double, but don't have a good thing to put it in. I have enough strength and dex to use most weapons so that shouldn't be an issue-- no need for a flail here. But yeah if anyone has one I'll give a Pul for it?

Oh, you do know that eth crystal sword or eth double axe cta's, if rolled a 6bo are worth 2-3x the regular normal flail ctas, right? They are. At least don't dismiss my price out of hand. It's similar to making an enigma/fort in a 15% ed base - it adds a premium on the item. I wouldn't roll cta in any other base really. No point.
Why? Just because they look cooler? Unlike an ethereal monarch reducing the reqs on a flail or a crystal sword doesn't seem to have much of any point as they're already rock bottom-- hell an inventory with a torch and annihilus is probably going to meet the reqs for the non-eth version if it wants to or not-- forget what the rest of the gear adds and the min strength/dex of the other items the character is using!
In any case I have no interest in your item! But you already knew that!
Hey, don't get mad at me. This is the market. I've made good profit on rolling 6bo's and getting a 2-3 plain 6bo's in trade for it. Regardless, this is typically traded @ Ohm. It's totally up to you if you want to spend it. I am only saying that it's a good investment.
But what the hell do I know? It's unimaginable that people attain wealth this way. Botting must be the only way to attain wealth in this game. Knowing the market has nothing to do with it.
I have 5os crystal sword/flail you can have for a pul. I've never seen it traded close to Ohm. I also have a 13% ED white Ettin axe you can stick 5 sockets in through larsuck.
It might be a while before I can load up a mule for you so if someone else has one do that. I'm currently buried in work. Could try to do it tonight though.
A regular 5os crystal sword does not trade at an ohm - an ethereal one does however. It is actually quite rare compared to the normal ones, and you cannot use socket quest to get one as a crystal sword would get 6 sockets instead of 5.
The market values eth crystal sword cta's much more than the regular ones.
Don't get so defensive mysticc. I wasn't necessarily accusing you of botting (though I will admit the fact that you supposedly have a job, can spend so much time wheeling and dealing the trade market, and are able to obtain several Dracul's Grasp per week mfing does make me somewhat suspicious, I will not deny-- but if I had to take a guess I'd guess that most of your items are found through trading so you've become a bit disillusioned on how rare items actually are to -find-), and I also don't disagree that the sword is worth what you say it is. I was mostly talking theoretical-- do you even know why it's worth that? Or is it just another of those "style, no function" things?
And thanks Sixwings I'll take whichever you want to give for the Pul (would prefer not to get the Ettin axe though as I'm not sure I have a spare socket quest handy)
