Impale has no travel time or missile to dodge. Instant damage. Like I said though, I plan on using it as a stun rather than damage. 100% chance for 3.5 sec stun on 0 cooldown....that's crazy for PvP.

Great discussion, but based on what Jay Wilson said at the August press event, when we're talking about CC skills we should expect them to be toned down for PvP (meaning shorter duration, less chance to proc, longer cooldowns or any combination of these), so that the game retains even a semblance of balance.
Unless they completely change the balance of our available CC's it will still be the best (although 9 second fear on elemental arrow might be an option also), so I'll probably carry it. How big of a pain is it though that possibly our best single target damage skill is also the best CC?
It's not a pain. It's like instant Mountain King Stormbolt.

I think the cd would only be applied to stun effects(Only indigo RS maybe?), so that you canīt stun lock people. So I sm thinking, that pure dmg might be a better idea like in my build. Iīd rather have a skill that works, when I need it, rather than a skill with a cd, which is huge weakness, especially when you canīt spend the hatred, when you want to.
