Does "additional treasure" mean magic items or more gold? It seems somewhat ambiguous...
It meas additional drop..based on monster type/rarity and your MF of course.
(IMO)
The way I see those increased treasure drops for the barb skill I think it just means additional drops, with the same chance to roll gold, potions/elixirs or items. If it's an item that drops I'm sure it'll follow all the same rules for regular item drops of mobs and their interaction with MF.

Updated OP:
So how I think this will work is:
Magic find the Stat on items increases the Quality of all items dropped.
These skill runes will increase the AMOUNT of items dropped.
So If a barb combines High MF with these runes he will find substantially more items as well as those items being of higher quality. Thus barbarians will have an unfair advantage against other class's in terms of item finding.
If increasing the amount of items dropped includes runes, wouldnt this mean the barb will get more lvl 7 runes in inferno/hell guaranteed?
Unless a Barb not using these runes kills faster than one using them, thus getting more drops.
