Both seems similar in term of performance, the Alienware being slightly better but it has a smaller screen. I'd need to check out the reviews thoroughly to make sure there aren't any issues.

That list says I can play it on high but Im guessing my older CPU will bring it down a bit?
Please give me some decent news as I need this game to make my life complete and if it runs like crap I will go into a deep horrible depression until I can afford a new CPU.

It's going to depend on what resolution you play at, but it should be playable at low settings at 1920x1080, I think.

I can say that with my PC (specs below) I run the beta at high textures, anti-aliasing, rest low-mid settings at 1920x1080. It's a little choppy sometimes, but okayish.

    AMD Radeon HD 4890
    Intel Q6600 @ 2.4GHz
    4 GB Ram

Sorry about the 1 week delay - flu was killing me. His youtube name is Icebreakker (Still is the cover video on his channel - playing D3 beta on a intel HD graphics on a i3 without video card on medium).
By the way, I recently found out that my happy power supply can run an overwhelming powerful GeForce 8800 GT. Shoud I stay or should I go? - I mean - Should I buy a GeForce 8800 or try to see what happens with the intel video processor of my 1st gen i5? I found the 8800 GT for around $80.

Recap: The whole plan is spending the minimum cash possible to run D3 in low settings and start savings to buy an ultrabook next year and finish my kitchen on secon half. So, yep, I'm into the "buy a new computer thing", but I just want to play D3 next month.

He gets 20-25fps on a resolution of 1280x720, with all settings to Off or Low except textures. I, personally wouldn't call that playable...

I believe the settings are on medium, then after reading comments, he switched to low. I was looking for the 8800 GT benchmarks and it wasn't that bad as I thought (I was thinking on ~500 and it's almost 1000...) It seems that we have a budget winner. Anyone running beta on Geforce 8800 GT?

Re: Diablo 3 Supported Video Cards

The 8800GT is REALLY outdated, you can get a much faster card for $80! Radeon HD 6750 for example.

A Radeon HD 6750 also draws less power from your PSU compared to a 8800 GT.

    Just saying...

Indeed, the 6750 would be an excellent alternative.
    What's your PSU Baron ?
