Was playing the beta with a 4670 at 2560x1600 at high settings and was getting 24fps in game. Did slow way down when more people were in game or a lot of things were going on. I would try your 4650 and see how it does before getting something new.

24fps would be considered unplayable to most people, and you say it drops even lower? Why are you gaming at such a high res with such a weak GPU?

Thank you sir, your words are trully inspiring.
I hope we all will enjoy the game to the fullest. 12 years of waiting should pay back, at last.

Don't play a lot of games, so haven't upgraded the GPU in years. It use to work in WoW just fine at 2560x1600, so I'm waiting to see what it does on D3.

Re: Diablo 3 Supported Video Cards

Hey guys could you help me?
I hava a notebook with a on-boar video card, one is listed on blizzard that Diablo III do not run on it. But on the open beta, it worked without lag and without any problems, and I would like to know if the full game will run on my notebook. I wanna buy it, but I will waste my money if it do not run.

Sorry for my bad english, and I already thank you.

It might. If it does it may run slow in areas with a lot of activity or in multi-player games. Let us know all your system specs

i5, 3bg ram, 500hd, the video card has 64mb dedicated and 1gb shared, and I guess it is a chipset family. Its a HP pavillion notebook.

No, even on low it's gonna be incredibly slow and you might have some graphical glitches.

Re: Diablo 3 Supported Video Cards

***Qualifier--I am not good with computer hardware. Here are my current specs...

Processor: AMD Athlon II X4 630 2.80 GHz
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 3450

I have been playing D3 for a couple of hours and the game is noticeably slow. Monster are out of reach and all the sudden are upon me and causing damage. I see my video card is rated on the low end, so I put the settings on D3 to low and it still is pretty slow. So here is my question.

What video card should I get to run D3 well and work fine with my current computer? Do you need more info, please let me know and I will post it.

    Thanks so much!!!
