That picture makes it kinda clear that Diablo 3 is Diablo + Mephisto + Baal (3 mouths, mephistos arms, maybe 4 legs like baal?). Also note the shining scar on his forehead. It splits into 3 ends.

We kinda already knew it right? But now its no secret. Wonder whats the lore behind it all.

Looks quite feminine to me. Is this because Diablo took control of a female body to gain physical form. Adria maybe.

Sex change Diablo...certainly would be a first in the series
