Some small needs

Hey, i got some small needs to finish off some chars:

-Pala shield with less then 136 str required and 4 sockets.
Don't care about other stats, can be 10 res, it's just to put spirit in it on switch.
Has to have low str required, 4sockets and be cheap
-Mana charms. Anything 14+
May have other usefull mods (fhr, life) => don't want the very best charms though, must be affordable
-May add more later

Offers:
-Pgems
-Craft runes (loads of tals,orts, quite some amns, not so many thuls/sols/rals anymore)
-Essences
-Runes pul+ (depending on charms)
