And the third is admitting porn is clever.

If it ever does turn into a game though, I'll be sure to share with you guys! I like my microwave too much!
I'm sure there is at least three ways to skin that cat, but it's still more of a hassle to transform the perspective than it is to just draw squares, so for the sake of being lazy (like I am ), plain 2D is the way to go for me I'm currently working on a 2D platformer (in Java cuz Java is awesome) at the moment and I'm not sure if it's ever going to be finished because my artists keep quitting on me and my pathfinding is uber buggy (first time implementing and apparently 2D platformers are a bad place to start learning pathfinding -.-).

Kestegs, porn is not clever, but hiding it can be. It's like cops and robbers!

    *Contemplates porn hiding game...*

    Pathfinding! *shudders*

The artist quitting isn't as big of an obstacle as it seems. As long as you know what graphics sizes you want to work with, you can just do programmer art (:grinuntil you can find an artist or collect enough stuff from enough artists to replace your gawdawful filler art! Profit!

You could also swing by "The Spriters Resource". Just be sure to swap it back out before release.

Haha that's exactly what I did in my level designer Programmer art is just so awesome XD

Here is the image for the player:

As you can see it doesn't even fit in the canvas In the words of Ed Wood Jr. "it's perfect!"

And this image represents places where zombies spawn:

LOL, yeah, I figured that wasn't your desktop, I'm sure your stash is much better hidden than that. I know mine is.
