Total average damage is therefor around ~550. Assuming your original figures are correct.
PvP damage is 1/4; show link to info on 1/6

    Really?

    1.
When attacking other players, all damage of attacks and spells is 17% or 1/6. Some spells are special cased, such as Paladin Thorns, which will only do 1/8th the damage against other players. The duration of poison and cold are not affected unless the player has equipment that relates to those elemental attacks.
    2.
A nice table for XvsX. Player vs player has 17%.

You calculated using 20.59% of total average damage as PvP damage lol. I fixed the calculations in this post anyways, and I'm tired of arguing with you for no reason; it deters from the purpose of my post, so if you want to argue with me do it on jsp.

    So....

    New Gear/Character Improvements:

    Pelt

-(2x) 7% FHR/9 Strength/8 Dexterity/+10 Resist All Rare Jewels, so stats now read:

    Octogenarian's Storm Mask
    Earth Spirit

    Defense: 322
    2 to Druid Skills
    24% Faster Hit Recovery
    +3 to Summon Grizzly
    +1 to Shockwave
    +2 to Heart of Wolverine
    183% Enhanced Defense
    +18 Strength
    +16 Dexterity
    +20 Resist All
    Socketed [2]

    Weapons

-Superior Berserker Axe Beast 285% Perfect Enhanced Damage/+33 to Strength vs. old 267% Enhanced Damage/+40 to Strength

    Rings

    -New Crafted FCR Ring:

    Stone Knot
    10% Faster Cast Rate
    3% Life Leech
    +24 to Strength
    +12 to Dexterity
    +18 to Life
    30% Fire Resist

    -Angelic set (1 ring/amulet)

    Boots

    -Perfect Waterwalk

    Gloves

-Perfect 2x Upgraded Magefist (Crusader Gauntlets)

    Armor

-Near Perfect (774/775 defense) Mage Plate Enigma w/15% Enhanced Defense

    Shields

-15/15 Perfect Spirit Monarch 106 Mana

    -Near Perfect Stormshield; Um'd

    Grand Charms

    -4x 38-39 Shapeshift GCs

    -19/19/9 Annihilus Charm

    Character:

-Ditched Cyclone Armor/Poison Creeper for Fire Claws synergy boost

-4603+ HP with Heart of Wolverine vs. 3709 HP, even with massive points into Dexterity. With Oak Sage I have 6200 HP, which is effective against WW/Trap Assassins, Poison/Bone Necromancers, Fire/Lightning/Cold Sorceresses and Javazons.

-Tried 9x Summon/Lifer but my Fire Claws damage/attack rating suffered too greatly; my Summon Grizzly can still kill efficiently, even with split inventory of 5 Summon/4 Shapeshift because of the bonus damage that it receives so I stayed 5/4.

    -Bramble issue:
I rely on Enigma for wearing the rest of my equipment, so unless there is a substitute for +70 Strength I won't be able to wear one yet. I'm going to hit 95 soon and experiment with Spirit of Barbs to see if its damage return is effective at all against WW Barbs; if it doesn't work out, more damage for Fire Claws.

    -New Mercenary:

Act 2 Normal Blessed Aim Mercenary

Weapon: Almost Perfect Ethereal Infinity Colossus Voulge

Armor: Superior Almost Perfect Ethereal Fort Archon Plate

    Helm: Giant Skull Ber/Ber

**With Angelics, Stormshield, Beast Zerker, and Mercenary out I can get my Attack Rating to 45,000 without enchanting; without Mercenary 33,000 (also without enchanting).

    New PvP damage calculations:

Example: Ethereal Breath of the Dying Berserker Axe

With a 403% ebotdz equipped my regular attack that has bearform and average level HoW multiplier i hit for 1449-4422 damage; that's a 2,935 damage average, equating to 498.85 PvP damage. After a hit to an opponent with full Damage Reduction I do 249.48 weapon damage with a regular attack.

Fire Claws hits for 6788-7439 additional fire damage; that's a 7113.5 fire damage average with 1209.30 PvP fire damage, so I do 306 Fire Damage after normal resist negations.

Total Raw PvP Damage after modifiers and DR negations: 249.48+306= 555.48

Gear improvements I'd like to make that I feel would complete the build:

-5x Druid Summoning/45 Life Grand Charms

    -4x Shapeshifting/45 Life Grand Charms

    -Perfect Annihilus Small Charm

-2 to Druid Skills/20% Faster Cast Rate/20+ to Strength/25+ to life/50+ Mana Amulet

-Perfect Superior Ethereal Breath of the Dying Berserker Axe

-100% Perfect Superior Beast Berserker Axe

    -Upgraded Perfect Waterwalk Sharkskin Boots

    -Perfect Arachnid Mesh

    -Perfect Stormshield

    -Perfect Ravenfrost

    Overall my improvements are:

    -A substantially upgraded health percentage

-I dropped Poison Creeper/Arctic Blast/Cyclone Armor which gave me higher synergies/higher Fire Claws damage

-I now have a 5% resist cap boost to fire from Waterwalk boots that makes Fire characters more approachable

***Aldur's boots are on switch for kiting Smiter builds

-New defensive equipment on switch that greatly increased my survivability against melee/physical damage dealers

    Thanks for the help btw

If you want to see all of the collective updates for gear, stats, and skills the first post of the guide is going to hold everything that my character is currently wearing at all times.

With BotD/Spirit on my exact strength is 196

With BotD/Stormshield on my exact strength is 226

I normally switch to Battle Orders gear to cast my first bear/HoW before a duel, so my non-Battle Command skill level with both are:

    (First Cast) Battle Orders Gear

Summon Grizzly - 42 (without Battle Command)
Heart of Wolverine - 41 (without Battle Command)

***After/if these summons die I normally won't have time while dueling to switch to Battle Orders gear again and recast, so I'll just recast using BotD/Spirit or BotD/Stormshield which yields:

    Basic Melee Gear - Spirit

Summon Grizzly - 41 (without Battle Command)
Heart of Wolverine - 40 (without Battle Command)

    Basic Melee Gear - Stormshield

Summon Grizzly - 39 (without Battle Command)
Heart of Wolverine - 38 (without Battle Command)

***At times the skill level for can drop further, like when I am gearing myself for combat against melee characters who bear isn't entirely important to use against and when I need a higher Attack Rating boost from 1x Angelic Ring/Amulet I lose +skills from my amulet, which yields:

    (First Cast) Battle Orders Gear

Summon Grizzly - 40 (without Battle Command)
Heart of Wolverine - 39 (without Battle Command)

    Advanced Melee Jewelry/Gear - Stormshield

Summon Grizzly - 37 (without Battle Command)
Heart of Wolverine - 36 (without Battle Command)
