Merc in ut

Anyone know if any nec skills directly boost your merc? I mean things like summon res (i think only applies summons hence the name) or pts in x skill boosts hp of the merc etc...

For uber trist, a nec will typically use the merc for a main source of cb. Urdars help aswell and I know revives get bonuses from nec skill pts. Skellies add dmg but not a great deal compared to direct cb dmg. So isnt it a matter of any char getting a cb merc with maybe a revive wand? Ok so a nec will have easy access to decrep and terror for main ubers and any minions in trist but any other advantages here? Thanks

There's no necro skill that will directly make your merc better.

I'm not really sure what your follow up questions are asking, but every class has a way to beat the ubers. Some better than others. Necros tend to rely on Teleport from Enigma, Revived Udars, and a sturdy merc with CB.

Necros use merc as damage dealer because they cant do it themselves. Other classes can so they dont need merc to be a DD, they want him to give aura and stay alive instead.

Merc CB is not important. Udars have 40%CB, If you have couple of them you do not need more.
IMO best merc is A2 might with "pride" and a lot of gold for resurect him.

Never try but I think that might merc with "silence", Umed Guardian Angel, Umed Kira or Veil of Steel can survive better, but "pride" concentration is a great bonus.
